In addition to helping you measure your key performance indicators, we conduct pre- and post-program surveys of Mentees and Mentors.
Because we value transparency between us and the institutions we serve, we share the results of each survey with you and your team. The results provide qualitative and quantitative data that analyzes the program’s performance during a specified period — including the formation of meaningful and productive relationships between Mentors and Mentees.
