Alight (formerly NGA Human Resources) predicts that by 2025, 42.5% of the workforce will be Millennials (aged 25-44 during that year) and that 28.2% will be Gen Z (aged 16-24). Mentoring can help organizations learn about future hires and provide their employees a way to give back in a meaningful way.
